And he's home!

109 days later...We were able to take Eric home last night. They were able to call in his eye doctor yesterday (the last thing we were waiting on). His eyes are getting worse but not yet at the stage that surgery is needed.

Cris and I were very proactive in Eric's care and getting everything that needed to be done taken care of instead of procrasinating. Which is a first for us, but very beneficial. Because we took care of everything ahead of time, they released Eric as soon as the eye doctor was finished. All we were waiting on were Cris to get off of work and the discharge papers. We came home at around 10 p.m.

Cutest picture yet!

Hoyt says "Congratulations again".

I'm so happy for you guys, anything you need let me know. Eric really is such a miracle and has so much personality already, he's going to be a great kid.

This is THE BEST NEWS ever! It's wonderful that all three of you are home together, on your own schedule -- um er, make that on Eric's schedule.

Love, hugs & prayers for Eric's eyes to recover.
